How much money do I need to raise? We appreciate all donations no matter how large or small, every single penny helps in the fight against cancer for this region. We have suggested a minimum sponsorship level of £50 for adults – this would pay for one scientist’s work for one day*.
Anyone who raises £50 or more will be entered into a prize draw to win from a selection of goodies.
The highest fundraiser will also receive a top prize, so if you want to be in with the chance of winning, please return your sponsorship money by Friday 22nd June 2012.Download our Guide to Fundraising for some great hints and tips to help you on your way to raising £50 for Clatterbridge Cancer Research. You’ll also receive a Chick Run Sponsor Form once you’ve registered for the Chick Run.
Funds raised for the Chick Run will go towards researching cancers which are most prevalent in Merseyside and Cheshire.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept your sponsorship money on the day of the event due to security reasons, so we ask that you pass any money you raise onto us as soon as possible after the event. You can either:
Pay by credit card/debit card – just call Nicola on 0151 343 4300
with your card details. You will need to post your sponsor forms separately.
Pay by cheque. Please make cheques payable to ‘Clatterbridge Cancer Research’ and send to:
Where you can, please Gift Aid your donation. Give Aid is a scheme that allows any charity to claim a refund of the tax the donor has paid on the donation given.
* £384 pays for one scientist’s work for a week, based on a 5 day working week this would be £76.80.
